 Location: Mysuru, Karnataka 

This is a full-time Design Engineer role located on-site in Mysore. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and effective solutions to meet complex engineering challenges related to sustainable transportation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conceptualization, prototyping, and testing of design solutions to meet product requirements. You will be expected to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure successful product development.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing complex engineering solutions, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD software: AutoCAD & Fusion 360
• Experience in working with manufacturers to build prototypes
• Excellent knowledge of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams, collaborate with colleagues, and communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A passion for sustainability and a desire to work on projects that will have a positive impact on the environment and society
• Growth mindset, willingness to learn 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside-the-box to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges
• Experience in automobile industry is a plus
